How long to sort out a payment allocation???

I made a payment on 7 September 2013, I have phoned 4 times, emailed 5 times, sent in documents 1 time.

What does it take to get a payment allocated?

11 days? or is that not enough...

I am begging you, allocate my payment accordingly to my account.

I have business that I cannot process without those funds in my account.
