I went to an ATM to withdraw money, then the machine gave me a slip that says transaction cancelled but my phone gave me a massage that cash withdrawal has been made. I then quickly rushed to the bank and showed them the slip I got and my phone massage.they said I mustn't worry my money is safe. I didn't go through I then went to an ATM but suddenly it say insufficient funds... again I went to report but the consultant there by the name of Selepe tells me that I must wait while he send an e-mail.even today he is still waiting for that e-mail reply but my money is gone.
