The service that is supposed to be a convenience in sending and receiving money is not serving the purpose as it allows one to send cash that is not in multiples of 50 but the intended recipient will never be able to access the funds.
I have had the worst experience as I had sent money to my sister and due to the issue above she could not access the money and when I reversed the transaction bank charges applied
