At about 8h40, I called Miway and spoke to Lavida (I hope I got it right), she promised to call me after 10h00. I told her I needed to report an MVA. As she obviously to me, what will happen if I miss the deadline by which I should have notified the insurer? A few minutes ago, I had to call them again and found the call centre closed. I have left the number on which I can be contacted. Nobody can say I didn't do my best, as for the other side, I keep my peace. When someone has no intention of doing something for someone that keeps their employers in business and they in jobs, they must learn to be decent enough not to lie.
