No Payment for Domestic worker injury 2 years late

On 14 November 2011, my domestic worker cut her finger while working. I called standard bank home assistance and was informed that I should take hr to hospital for stitches as I am covered. I took her to Sandton Mediclinic and paid R750 cash for the emergency service. I called STD bank insurance and spoke to Karabo in the legal department. He told me to fax the invoice, affidavid that the domestic works for us as well as the case reipt which I did immediately. Unfortunately to date no payment has been made by teh bank to refund me for the domestic workers emergency medical treatment. I feel that I have been by the bank and will never get this money back. I still have all the documentation from 2011.Can some executive that actually cares, please assitst me to obtain my refund. No smooth talkers, politicians and rugby players please. I want a person that actaully works and follows up and not someone who just talks and wastes more time like another year. Unhappy STD bank customer.
