My domestic worker had been working for me for 6 years and I did not register her with the UIF. She then assisted criminals in an armed at our house. We did not know what to do, and were recommended by a friend to contact Deon Joubert at Domestic Sa for help. Without us being clients of Domestic Sa, he went out of his way to assist us to get her registered with the UIF, to pay the arrears UIF contributions (without any penalties) and to take all the required and correct disciplinary steps to have her dismissed. And all of this within 5 days. Our domestic worker then went to the SAPS and the CCMA and laid charges against us. Once again Deon Joubert went out of his way to assist us in getting this resolved. We have since joined Domestic Sa as paying clients and will recommend their services and online system to anyone employing domestic workers, nannies or gardeners.
