NO UIF Registration/No response to email or calls

Domestic SA promised to register me for UIF as an employer for a domestic worker. this was supposed to happen in October last year. despite numberous attempts to contact Domestic SA and, specifically, Deon Joubert, nothing has been done about this situation, and i am still not registered with UIF. it is also impossible to get a hold of Deon Joubert/Domestic SA as they do not respond to either emails or phone calls.
