We needed a new domestic worker as or previous worker moved with her husband. We read about ProDomestic in our local paper and we decided to get their help. Dolores the owner told us we have to pay them a placement fee and they will then supply us with a trained domestic. If we were not happy for whatever reason they will replace the domestic worker free of charge for the first 3 months. R1500 for a cleaning domestic and R2100 for a domestic worker that can cook as well. We need someone that can cook and decided to take that option. We were told that no domestic workers that complete the cooking course was available but she will train whomever we pic, we just have to pay for the cooking class now. After one week it was clear that the domestic worker was not able to do the work and we requested a replacement. It was also apparent that she had very poor training.
We kept on asking for a replacement and were told that there was no replacement available. The satiation escalated after my pregnant wife confronted the domestic worker and she shoved her out of the way.
