I have 2 dependants linked to my profile. Several months back I was requested to provide certain documents to have there SAVINGS ACCOUNTS Fica'd.
I supplied these in a single email to [Email Removed] And received a notification that the email was received... the SMS' however did not stop and today I received a SMS stating that 1 of the accounts were frozen?
This after I sent a follow-up email requesting feedback with regards to the original email... why is a email facility provided if no proper monitoring of such email is performed?
In this emails I requested confirmation of receipt for the documents! None was forthcoming as yet! I would like to know how I can "unfreeze" the frozen account!
