Why freeze my account?

I have been banking with Capitec for more than three years.

Today I could not pay my rent (and buy electricity) because I was told to close my account with immediate effect.

My salary has just been paid in and I have a debit order to go through.

I am totally stressed now.

Please tell me what I must do to get my own money.

I have not committed any or falsified any documents.

I just want my own money.

My salary is deposited monthly from the Department of Education.

I do not know how to go on without my salary.
