I opened an elite account online, and went in twice with I'd to pick up card, it wasn't there, I went to pinecrest branch, and picked up a temporary card, my salary was paid into account monday, but when I went to bank they said no payment was reflecting, I asked twice if I could deposit and withdraw before I signed documents at phoenix, and was told yes, went back tuesday and was told salary there but cannot access it, was contacted by sifiso who said they would release two thousand on wednesday and I could sign documents thursday, went back thursday, no documents, went friday, was told no I'd no money, I went to phoenix on saturday and asked if accepted temporary I'd, told no, so now, standard bank has my salary refuses to release it, my bills are unpaid and I'm broke, and after laying numerous complaints and phone calls still no money, I am not a, I had my drivers licence to prove I'd, have homeloan and vehicle finance but treated like a criminal, while my salary is being held and I am so broke, don't know how I am going to get to work because no money for fuel, and still no help .very dissapointed, all I want is my salary yet they refuse
