Good Day;

o My token is in my phone, there is no serial number???

o What do you mean by customers abusive the facility??? You want to tell me we are abusing your services (customers)? This is my savings account and I pay a fee every month for it. I should be allowed to transfer, reverse or do anything I want to do BECAUSE I AM PAYING FOR THE SERVICES.
o You are the only bank that does this, have you asked yourselves why other banks allow this?
o It's obvious I made a mistake of moving my salary to Capitec Bank; my salary can be and I will need approval from the tsotsi's to get it back.
o I am moving my salary as we speak I will be closing my account with you people.
