Thank you to FNB for turning it around

My husband and I recently moved to China, and despite having asked the Adderley Street FNB if there was anything that we needed to do re: our accounts, we were told that we didn't have to do anything. Needless to say, we got to China and discovered that we couldn't do any online banking, because our profiles had been temporarily suspended. We tried for a week to get FNB to change this, and we were given the runaround and in general, were not helped. Finally, today, Neo Kunene from the Online Assistance department, phoned us all the way from South Africa to China to get us sorted. Despite our initial frustration, we were quickly reminded about the reason why we switched to FNB in the first place.
