I would like to know how its possible that i had to go into my own bank and apply for vehicle finance, the consultant could not even tell me the interest i would be paying or make an effort to find out or negotiate on my behalf. I then received a call stating that i have been offerered 12.5 % interest. However without even going to absa bank somerset west, telephonically i spoke to the consultant and emailed my documents, within an hour she called me back i was offered an interest rate of 8.5 %. I would like to know why i cannot have this deal at fnb as to avoid me working with two banks? Meaning i might as well move my account to Absa as well. Plea
