Wrong Bebit date

I currently have a loan account with Nedbank, my debit orders run on the 25th day because I get my salary on the 25th. Because of the holiday on the 24 they have sent a debit on the 20 today (this was explained to me by Nicole who was very rude to me, she kept putting me on hold for minutes instead of fixing this) and I am only getting my salary on the 25th.

I had R1200 available on my account that I was planning to use this weekend and now they have taken all the money which means I have to wait for my salary on the 25th. Peter please advise if I need to even take this company to court?

It just does not make sense to move the debit order to Friday if the holiday is on Tuesday. Wednesday is not a holiday and therefore they must debit on Wednesday the 25th as this is what I have signed up for.
