My salary gets paid in on the 25th of every month, does not matter if it over a weekend or public holiday. I phoned the bank on various occasions to make sure that they do not debit my account before the 25th. It did happen previously and I received a letter from them apologising that it went off as my Debit order was rejected by my bank due to no funds. They rectified it and said it wont happen again and send a letter of apologies for my bank to inform them that it was their fault and not my fault. It went well for quite a while and now suddenly they are starting to debit my account again before my salary get's paid into my account. I did phone the call centre but it does not help because they say "sorry" and a few months later it happens again. My bank wants to close my account because according to them I am conducting my account badly. I do not know what do to anymore as it does not help to be nice and understandable.
