Nothing is working

From day 1 I am having difficulties to get my FNB up and running.

Had to go into the Branch 5 times just to get my card active. Who is paying my petrol for that?

Was at the branch today (Very helpful lady) to activate my online account.

Cant reset my username or password. Do you have to have a PHD to make a password? I have literally tried 8 different passwords with totally different upper and lower case characters, numbers and symbols.

If I haven't changed my debit orders already, I would have cancelled my FNB account!

I thought it was easy to switch to FNB, turns out the ads about Steve ain't that far off, just the other way around...
