Best bank worst Internet banking authentication

In my opinion FNB and Capitec is the best general banks in South Africa. What I cannot fathom is the way your Internet banking authentication is implemented.

First off... Your "Add Secondary Users" option is not working (If you add the secondary user you get thrown out on first attempt of trying to log in with a "3 times incorrect" message. And you cannot reset the password from the screen where you get redirected to (same "3 times incorrect" message appears)

Secondly... How ridiculous is your password policy. Must use letter and numbers and upper and lower case and special characters, and two consecutive letters cannot be the same, and who knows what else. How is anyone suppose to remember their passwords (except to write it down which makes it insecure). Why not keep to the banking authentication standards?

Last and most worryingly... I only need someone's email address and ID to reset a password. Do you have any idea how easy it is - in hacking terms - to gain access to someone's email address and ID!?

Why not just follow standard practice which is much more secure and convenient!?
