I've been trying to cancel my MiWay policy for the past week. Call centre says I must speak to a supervisor, then supervisor says I must email the deed of sale through, then I hear nothing. Phone call centre again, call gets dropped, again. Email again. No response, again. Call centre, again. And round and round we go.
Why can't I get insurance MY WAY?
I WANT TO CANCEL MY POLICY!! Can someone PLEASE help me do so?
