Woolworths accounting is disgusting

I have a credit in my Woolworths loan account and for the last 5 months Nationwide have been calling me to tell me that my in store card is in arrears and for the last 5 months they have been promising to move the credit from my loan account into my in store account... when will it ever end!!! Can noone actually do as they promise!!
