I am extremely dissappointed in the service that I am receiving from Miway. They have placed an Excess on my policy without any discussion. I have tried on numerous occasions to speak to someone at their call centre, only to be told that I have to speak to a Supervisor, and no one is available.
I have not received a call back for any messages that were left.
Their service is totally unprofessional and simply pathetic.
I am already looking at taking up insurance elsewhere.
I do not want to deal with Miway in future!
