Miway decided to increase my zero excess to R 3 300 (economic circumstances). I was not happy with this move as I did nothing wrong. I mailed the call centre and received a call, but still they couldn't fix it for me, but she tried. Couple of weeks later a receive a call from Ricardo from the retentions department. He looked into the matter and resolved it, but giving me a zero excess policy. The fact that he went the extra mile to call me and help me did it for me, he could have waited for me to phone and cancel my policy, but NO, he was proactive in phoning me. Many years ago I wanted to cancel my policy and he helped me, he also gave me his email address and I have direct access to him - best service ever. Many companies and call centres can learn from him and Miway - thanks and well done.
