I do not know whom i spoke to as the person did not even speak up you could not even hear her. i call now you can trace my call on your recordings as noted when you phone and have to select a whole bunch of options... why do i need to pay an excess of R650.00 FOR A CHIP REPAIR ON MY WINDSCREEN... IM NOT GETTING IT REPLACES I NEED THE CHIP REPAIRED SHE DID NOT BOTHER TO ASK MY POLICY NUMBER IN THE FIRST PLACE AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME WAY TO GO MIWAY YOU REALLY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE I SUGGEST YOU GET THE TRAING WORKING WITH CLIENT EVERYDAY YOU NEED TO UP YOUR GAME I WOULD LIKE FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME AS I WANT TO CANCEL MY POLICY AND RATHER GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT CAN APPRECIATE A CUSTOMER!!!
