I spoke to a call center agent, who couldn't help me explain why my policy was cancelled after 1month of non payment and not after 3months as stated in my policy. To reinstate the policy, my 4year no claims bonus would be calculated from the start. It was meant to be due in 2014. I spoke to a supervisor who promised to look into it and contact me with feedback, after 3 weeks, a couple of calls and email, I still have no response from he supervisor.
