I went in to find out what is going on on my credit card. The lady could not tell me where my money has gone and what happend, just laughed at me. When i told her that there is stuff that went of that i never would have bought. I have asked that they close the account and i have paid off the settlement and still the stuff went off and had to pay additional after i have settled the acount. There system is always off and they can never tell me what is going on. PLEASE HELP
