After upgrading my acount to a check acount, only one of my Debit orders was moved to the new acount. This after i was asked if i would like them to move everything over for, which i did since thats more convenient. So end of the month comes and my debits bounce as they are still on the old acount, including my Standardbank credit card. Now i get told its up to me to go in to a branch to correct their stuff up. As well as my phone number not having been updated to the new one as i dont get sms when i withdraw, is that not part of the package? Internet banking? singned for it but can only transfer between my acounts this after having asked the lady if she can set it up so i can pay benefieciaries. Im beyound disapointed with your bank and the incabability of your staff!!! Everytime i go to a brach to fix a problem, it just seems they create another one... Thnaks for geiving me a bad credit record!!!
