Not all info given when you ask!

1) There was a incident that happened on my account. I had to pay for the stop order to be put in and also penalty fees on my other accounts. Fnb hasn't helped me at all in trying resolve this problem.
2) I went into fnb on the 8th april to close all my accounts with them, on the credit card they gave me a settlement amount, which I paid. Nothing was mentioned about a additional charge, the account is still not closed. I queried with fnb and they say I had to pay a additional charge, but on the day I asked for the settlement amount I was only told to pay within 24hrs, and all documents had to be sent to them. Everything was done within the branch on the same day.
NOW THEY SAYING I HAVE TO PAY A ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF R170, to close the account? HOW DOES THAT WORK?
