I went to FNB Branch in Mabopane to activate the account they opened for me over the phone. When I got to the bank I was advised that I qualify for an upgrade, cheque account. I was advised that I should deposit money into the smart account so that when they do the upgrade it should be free. I did that and was told to come back to the bank to sign the documents for an upgrade. I got to the bank at 09h50 deposited the money in my account at 10h10 and waited for the consultant to assist with the upgrade. I waited in the bank from then until 14h35 and was advised that their system will automatically switch off. I was asked to come back again this saturday, this would be the third saturday. Can someone please have a look at this and advise. I logged a complaint via email received a ref number but still had nothing from FNB. My ref number is # 343332
