Failure to satisfy client's needs

Dear Sir/Madam

I saddened to report to you that my check account appear to have been hacked and I have reported this matter earlier this morning ref.027984-18-09-2013-09-18-06-51

It is for the second time that something like this has happened to me. I followed your beruacratic and frustrating reporting process and was advised that your forensic unit will investigate and revert to me with their findings, to date after almost 4 years - I am yet to hear from you. Be that as it may, today my account was again hacked and I reported to you, reference number provided above.

I humbly request that this matter be investigated and I be advised of the outcome since as it stands now, I am currently scrapped off every cent I had and can only rely on my bank to provide immediate assistance.

I hasten to also inform you that with all the frustrations I have had with ABSA despite my having been with you for over 30 years, I am now convinced that you are not as efficient as I have also thought you could be hence I am seriously considering moving all my accounts with you to another bank or institution.

Your immediate response and advise will highly be appreciated.
