I have been insuring cellphones (myself and family members) with Mobility 24 (Pinnacle insurance) over the past six years. In the two events of claims the service was quick and efficient - all being handled by e-mail and the phones being delivered to the place of purchase for collection. Monthly insurance fees are less then the all-risks side of my houshold insurance as is the "excess" payment that is required for each claim. When I have phoned the company I have quickly been put through to the right persor my message followed up on. Such a pleasure in this day and age of consumer invisibility.
