I was served with an attachment order about 2 weeks ago. I contacted Bayport and informed them that I was under admin. They asked that I send through the court document, which I did. Firstly, there are no bank details on the attachment order and secondly, I cannot get through to Abegail Petros, whom I am supposed to speak to regarding a letter regarding not deducting this off my salary as Bayport has already been in contact with the lawyers dealing with the admin. I have spent the last 1 1/2 hours just holding on or been transfered between all the wrong people and the lady who is supposed to help me apparently does not work at her desk. I need this urgently and no one bothers to reply to messages or mails. I have sent mail to [Email Removed] and not even an acknowledgement that the mail was received. Can someone please please please get someone to work and contact me??? Getting really fed up! How is anyone supposed to pay money over without bank details in any way?
