L purchased a phone from Bayport last November it was delivered to me on a Friday I decided to return it on the following Monday because it was not what I had expected, the phone was sealed and still in its original package and it was returned within the five day cooling off period. I then receive an sms today stating that I am in arrears with R1577. BAYPORT WANTS ME TO PAY FOR A PHONE THAT I DONT HAVE!!! To make matters worst the admin department says that they are aware that the phone was return but they are still waiting for the system to update my details THREE MONTHS LATER!!! while they wait my credit record is effected!!
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BAYPORT... THEIR A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MONEY HUNGRY!!!
