I am utterly disgusted with RCS's customer service especially with Carinne Du Raan who has supposedly helped me, first RCS incorrectly shut my Game account down because supposedly someone felt I had been liquidated, which I have not. So I spent over R100 calling RCS to sort this out, only to have the displeasure of dealing with Carinne Du Raan who talks to me in her condescending manner like I am at fault! RCS has caused me total embarrassment as they listed me with ITC when my name is 100% perfect. I am utterly an truly disappointed with RCS as a whole, they have caused me utter embarrassment as I went to purchase a car and was refused by every bank thanks to RCS I looked a total fool to the car dealership and in the process lost the deal with the car. Thanks for ruining my name RCS!
