Once again im having to Expose Bayport for the Bad Service been offered, i received an sms yesterday to say there is a refund due to me, i called immediately was told to send my id and bank statement and call to confirm receipt, which i did i have called Admin Derpartment 3 times now, while im on hold the number keeps cutting me off, whats going on at Bayport i've spent so much airtime holding for the call centre maybe ive spent more than what im going to get on my refund.
can you at least provide an email address or something where i can send my document and confirm receipt as it seems like im going to keep on calling the whole day and keep on been cut off... im relly digusted by the service i get each time i have to complain before something gets done
