On the 06/08/2013 at 13:55 i called bayport loans and i spoke to Tshepiso, i gave him my new bank details, he told me that they will do a double debit in my standard bank account, i explained to him that i cannot afford to pay double and we could not reach an agreement, asked Tshepiso get his supervisor on the line, my call was cut, i gave Tsepiso my bank details, he cut my call when i asked for suppervisor... 25/08/2013 no money was debitted in my account, until a guy by the name of Eric came to my work place, he gave me some document to sign, i signed the document, i explained to this Eric guy about the whole situation and he promissed me that m, y case will be investigated, he never came back to me, money was never debitted in my account, until when i received a garnishee order, i tried to get hold of them and i was told i need to go to the legal department, my calls are not answered.
Bayport says i owe them R25.000 from the R9.000 that i took from them, now i have an extra R16.000 because of the mistake that was done by Tshepiso and Eric, i gave them my bank details, but the money was never debitted, i think this is the way of them from me
