Today i got a letter from bayport informing me that my account is with the sherrif of the court and i got ten (10) days to make arrangements.
I got a postal order from the post office last week friday got to go fetch the letter today called the lega l department and inform them they got the wrong banking details and i can give the right banking details the first lady said yes and that she will email me i didnt get any email so i called back and then they informed me a garnishee order is already in place no callas received or anything.
how can they do this and i just paid a R1000 direct into there bank account
This people is really unprofessional
