Requested banking detail change on 14th August. Received a reply on 16th August stating it cannot be done without a letter from my bank. Made a special trip to obtain the letter and sent it to bayport on 20th August. No response until today. I have received no less than 7 phone calls from different people today to tell me my account is now in arrears. The mail sent on the 20th and resent today does not seem to have arrived at its destination (conveniently) and bank details have still not been changed. I am not prepared to deal and repeat the same thing over and over again due to bayport's incompetence. The last mail was sent to a brigitta.h and either she phones me or you appoint one person to contact me. I cannot believe that it is such a mission to change a debit order.
