A transaction was made on my credit card to which I was alerted by SMS. I phoned the number provided and was told to report it to the division.
After trying to contact the call centre repeatedly and staying on the line for up to 30 minutes I was unable to do this. Fortunately the person I spoke to on the contact provided with the original SMS was able to stop the payment. However, she advised me to contact the division to check if my credit card has been compromised. After 4 days and numerous attempts I still have been unable to reach them.
The Excuse - High call volumes.
