STANDARD BANK ATM - Non Functioning Call Centre

Off line, general customer service and a non functioning call-centre is just a fraction of my issues with a bank that is going one way quickly and that is backwards.

How is this, I deposit cash, ATM deposit, the Diebold ATM hangs and hangs so I decide to call the call centre. I also call security and ask them to watch the machine as I am on the phone to the call centre and had to get to the shop before it closed.

After completing my shopping I return to the ATM and note that it was still hanging, in the meantime I am still holding for the call centre. After 23 minutes of holding I redial and wait. The ATM now reboots and says ATM available for service. The fact that my card and money is now in the machine unaccounted for is not as much as an issue as the fact that by now I am holding for 42 minutes for a non responsive call centre.on a second call.

So no call centre response for me to report the incident, mo proof of my attempted deposit and no card.

Lets see what response I get.
