I NEED MY MONEY BUT STANDARD BANK WONT HELP

Yesterday I made a purchase with my bank card at V&N Brakpan for spares for my card @ 15:06. The transaction did not want to go through according to their card machine. I went to the bank to enquire what the problem is and they advised the transaction has gone thru, I was told by the V&N to come back today. Still the transaction does not reflect on their side. The transaction before and after mine reflects on their statement but not mine. Back to STD bank I went. I was told sorry they cant help I must call the call centre, they phoned from the branch and the call centre agent said, sorry she cant help I must log an investigation which will take 12days.
12DAYS?? I dont have 12days to get this money back or into the vendors account. This is money for spares to fix my vehicle to get my kids to school. I dont have more money to pay for spares as I had to borrow money to start off with. Now no one wants to help me. WHAT IS GOING ON AT STANDARD BANK. I NEED THIS TRANSACTION TO GO THRU URGENTLY OR TO BE REVERSED SO I CAN DO IT AGAIN!! IS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN HELP ME?? I cannot believe that standard bank has such a poor level of service and no care for their customer!!!
