My vehicle was writen -off 2 motths back ever since i was sent from piller to post .they cover a max 2000 for towing and storage my vehicle was at the storage yard whilst they did an investigation i did tell them that the bill will leave thousands out pocket if they didnt remove the vehicle whilst they investigated ;i was told theres ntn they can do.3 months later they now want to pay me 73000 for a vehicle i insured for 120000 exatly a year ago thats also after they deducted 20% excess.anyone else who had a problem with winchester brokers.
