I bought a car in 2007 & apparently the dealer arranged insurance for me which is the number 1 reason I'm logging this dispute.
Insurance (African Independent) company together with the dealership ACTIVE AUTO Vereeniging exploited me, As shown below this was my claim logged in 2007 after the car was involved in an accident, Excess was way above damage & as a result I had to pay for everything including the towing & storage service which the insurance arranged for me, I struggled to recover from that financial constrain which resulted in the vehicle being repossessed, but that issue is taken up with the Ombudsman & is at the boiling point right now because the contract from MFC was also a rip off.
What I want here is a call recording where all the terms & conditions of this policy were explained to me because I NEVER SPOKE TO ANY CONSULATENT FROM AFRICAN INDIPENDENT OR THEIR BROKER for that matter.
If I don't get this, I would like to be reimbursed for all the damages as per this pathetic quote below plus towing & storage or I will also be taking this to the ombudsman
