Platinum Banking service is more like Tin

I received the following email on the 29th of August in reply to an email query sent to [Email Removed]

" Thank you for your e-mail. It has been forwarded to a Platinum consultant who will reply to you as soon as possible... "

Then on the 5th of September I received one starting with:

" We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by our delay in responding to your e-mail. We are currently experiencing extremely high e-mail volumes... "

this second email suggested I contact my priority banker, and named him (but the one named was someone who was my priority banker about 3 years ago before I moved back to Cape Town -- that guy isn't anywhere near me. And yes, all my address details have been updated constantly).

... I'm STILL waiting... 20 days and counting...

The platinum banker in Hout Bay has never responded within a sane time-frame. And hasn't ever successfully managed to help me, to completion, with a single request. I've always eventually given up and gone too a branch.

PLEASE ASSIGN ME A NEW PLATINUM BANKER ASAP! I do NOT want the useless guy who does Hout Bay area, but refuse to move home simply because platinum Hout Bay is.
