AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD BLOCKED

FICA HOLD ON MY CARD AFTER PROOF OF RESIDENCE WAS SUBMITTED MORE THAN TWO MONTHS AGO. I CONTACTED THE COURIER COMPANY TO GET CLARIFICATION ON THIS MATTER. I WAS GIVEN A REFERENCE THAT STATED THAT THE DOCUMENTS HAS BEEN DELIVERED AT NETBANK. I CONTACTED THE FICA DEPARTMENT AND THERE WAS NO DOCUMENTS. I WAS TOLD IT COULD TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS TO GET PAPERWORK ON THE SYSTEM. I MENTIONED TO HIM IT WAS SENT MORE THAN TWO MONTHS AGO. HE RESPONDED THAT I WILL HAVE TO RESUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS AT MY NEAREST BRANCH. ON THE 10TH OF SEPT I WENT BACK TO MENLYN MAINE AND RESUBMITTED MY DOCUMENTS. THE LADY THAT ASSISTED ME SAID IT CAN TAKE UP TO 4 DAYS. IT IS A WEEK LATER AND IT IS STILL NOT WORKING. I PHONED THE FICA DEPARTMENT AND THEY SAID THEY CANNOT LIFT A FICA HOLD IS HAS TO BE DONE INSIDE A BRANCH. ONCE AGAIN I WENT INTO THE BANK TO GET THE HOLD LIFTED. THE GUY THAT ASSISTED ME SAID THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LIFT THE HOLD IT HAS TO BE DONE BY THE FICA DEPARTMENT. IT IS ALMOST TWEE WEEKS WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE FROM THE NEDBANK. I AM GOING ABROAD ON THE 23 SEPT 2013 AND I NEED MY CARD TO WORK BEFORE THEN!!!
