Incompetent Admin Abilities

10/01/2013 I visited the branch where I finalized my Loan with African Bank, at the exact same time, I also got the consultant to update my FICA for my Gold Credit Card.
Attempting to transact, I kept getting the error "Invalid Account Selection"
I then queried this and I was informed that the card was "WARMED" I mailed [Email Removed] A gent named Vincent responded, but after asking for more information, I had not further feedback.

Eventually I went to the Pinetown branch 18/04/2013 where the consultant Nkosinati told me it's due to outstanding FICA, we contacted the New Germany branch and I was told that the lady who assisted me was not available, and that they will go look for my paperwork on Her desk!!! When I insisted on a manager, I was told they are all out at a Road show.

After specifically doing a FICA update on the 10/01/2013 at the New Germany branch, Pinetown branch advised that, Fica wasn't done in the first place. So the other consultant did my loan app, upgraded my credit card... but failed to FICA?

Thursday 18/04 I drove back home to collect a utility bill to FICA AGAIN, I"M STILL WAITING!!!
