Poor feedback from Cherie Wilson at complaints

I am really not pleased that after i logged a complaint about the unknown debits on my account that i still have not receive proper feedback from the complaints dep. In the interim I've notice that regent has again done it with a life cover that i never agreed for as i only confrimed and received the contract for the funeral cover. I have made noteof this to Cherie Wilson from the complaints department and told her that that i am not interested and want it cancelled. It seems like these people are now making it a habbit taking people's money illegally. I do not want to see another debit order for that policy on the 20/09/2013 or else im escalating this to the ombudsman. i have granted you enough time to clear this mess. If not cancelled i will take all my business away from you. How hard can it be to fix your mess.
