I have never seen such a useless insurance company in my life, this is a second report am posting on this side for the same incident. Every time I submit a claim am told that my policy is inactive, yet Regent is quick to take premiums off my bank account every month. Am writing this complaint while sitting on the side of the road waiting for assistance from the people who claim to have an interest in their customers and yet not even a single person has bothered to phone me back after I have made numerous calls to their office's trying to get help. Every time my car breaks down am told that i do not have a policy with them, i would then advice them to send a tow truck and send me all the invoices. No one ever phones me back with the feedback.please do refund all the premiums I have paid from inception if my policy is inactive. I would edge all the customers to switch other insurance companies that offer better service for roadside assistance. So far I have spoken to Lebogang Mohluoa, Winnie Nkomo and Thembeka Mavuso (complaints department)
