Last month Cherie Wilson told me my policy was cancelled on the 13th of February but an installment went of my account on the 7th of March and then returned as there was no funds in the account and I had to pay R90 for the unpaid fees. This month 2 installments came off my account, when i called customer care the guy told me that the policy was still active. He then told me to email him a letter to cancel the policy but i said no way through past experience with regent when you send the letter you don't get no refunds. I wanted to speak to his supervisor but he did not want to take the call not sure if he was scared of me or what. Not sure what to do now seems like regent just does not want to cancel my policy. Maybe the ombudsman might be able to help me cancel my policy that was already cancelled on the 13th of February and get my money back, what do you think?
