I cancelled my policy with regent insurance on the 29/07/13 spoke to Simangele Khanye who has assured me that the policy has been cancelled and that no Debit order will be going off. Today a debit order of R403.82 has gone off my account i called in and spoke to Fotunate for told me that the policy is not cancelled who then transfred me to Simangele Khanye the lady who started this whole mess i refused to communicate with her as she is incompetant she then transfred me to a supervisor Claire Knipe who told me that it might take up to 30 days for them to refund me i can go to my bank to reverse the debit order it will be much quicker, i have to now take time off to sort out Regents fault also the bank charges a fee to have the debit reversed who is going to pay for that.
I'm so happy that i no longer belong this this organisation as the service is pathatic and will be notifing all friends and colleages never to deal with Regent Insurance.
