I tried to pay my municipal account and amount of R1880.00 on the Easypay site. Now the transaction was declined on the Easypay site and the bank reserved the money - awaiting authorization.
My question is - why doesn't Easypay indicate on their site that they do not accept accept payments over R1000.00 for municipal accounts. This is pure incompetence on their part because now i have to do a lot of paperwork and wait 7days for something that can easily be avoided.
